Can UDEA handle both OEM and ODM orders?+
Yes. You can start with one of our products, send a drawing or sample, or discuss a new idea with us.
What is the minimum order quantity?+
Regular MOQ is 500–1,000 pieces. It may vary with the product, mold, printing and packaging.
What is the production lead time?+
Regular production takes 35–40 days after sample approval and order confirmation. New molds or special packaging may require more time.
Can you match a Pantone color and add our logo?+
Yes. We support Pantone color matching, molded logos, screen printing and laser engraving, depending on the product.
What documents can you provide?+
Available declarations and test reports depend on the material, finished product and destination market. We confirm the relevant documents before the order.
What payment terms are accepted?+
Payment terms are agreed before production. Open-account credit and deferred T/T after delivery are not accepted.
What do you need for a quotation?+
Send the product reference, quantity, destination market, customization requirements and required delivery time. A drawing or reference image is helpful but not required.
